Returns/refunds are not accepted, as every order is produced on a made-to-order basis. But if you are having problems with your order, please message us using the contact form or send an email to info@rosekae.com, and we’d be happy to work something out for you.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All out international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price or shipping costs. When placing an international order, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes.
Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
You will receive a registered mail with signature upon delivery and a tracking number for your order, please use this to monitor your shipment so you get it right away. If your package is returned to us we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your items.
